Let Only Service – 8% + vat
We will find a suitable tenant and arrange the contract but you will be responsible for collecting the rent, organising any maintenance issues and any other legal legislations
Rent Collection Service – 10% + vat
This service is ideal for landlords who are happy to carry out or organize maintenance issues of their property. We provide regular monthly statements and undertake routine checks on your property.
Full Management Service – 12% + vat
Our full management service requires a very minimum level of involvement from you, the landlord. We take care of everything from finding the right tenant to maintenance issues, providing regular statements, inventories and undertake routine checks on your property. More importantly we are the main point of contact for your tenant, meaning you will only ever deal with us, your agent.
£125 to include professional referencing from current or previous landlords and employers, credit check, affordability check, right to rent check, administration and drawing up a tenancy agreement.
£75 per person. (Guarantors are an additional £75)
Studio – 2 bed £125, 3 bed plus £150
Six weeks deposit will be taken as a security deposit and registered with the relevant Tenants deposit Scheme as stated on the tenancy.
A deposit of £300 will be taken once we have found you a suitable property, should the landlord not accept your offer this will be refunded in full. Should you decide not to take on the tenancy or fail the referencing process, the deposit will then be forfeited.
£75 paid on the extension or renewal of a tenancy.
We work very closely with local firms of solicitors and can recommend the right conveyancer to suit your needs whether selling or purchasing. By dealing with solicitors we know and trust we can generally progress sales much more swiftly resulting in less sales falling through.
